Varenigo is a direct-to-consumer brand delivering handmade Ukrainian dumplings - vareniki and pelmeni - frozen to your door in Columbus, Indiana.
Vareniki are soft, hand-folded filled dumplings, like potato and onion. Pelmeni are smaller meat dumplings with a thinner dough and a seasoned meat filling.
Every batch is made by hand by Oksana Bondar, chef and founder of Olesya's Kitchen - Indiana's only Ukrainian restaurant, serving Columbus since 2018.
